LUIS RUBIO has developed a broad practice representing domestic and international clients on complex corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, international contracts and international trade proceedings.

Mr. Rubio collaborated with the Mexican Federal Government, in the Negotiation of the North America Free Trade Agreement. Over the years he has represented domestic and foreign corporations, trade associations, and the Mexican government on numerous international trade proceedings.


Furthermore, Mr. Rubio has acted as counsel and legal representative to one of the major telecommunications companies in Mexico in the acquisition of Mexican telecommunications companies, antitrust clearances, business formations and regulatory compliance.


Mr. Rubio has a broad experience representing large domestic and international corporations´ which are leaders in the following industries: food and drug, chemical, automotive, e-commerce, among the most representative.
