Rubio Villegas was listed on the on line edition of the LatinLawyer dated July 27, 2006 as attorneys for the Mexican companies Polímeros de México, Polycid and Grupo Primex in the sunset review the antidumping duties imposed on imports of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) from the United States of America. The final determination of the sunset review was published by the Ministry of Economy on July 11, 2006. The Ministry of Economy found that the revocation of the antidumping would lead to the continuation of the dumping practices and injury to the domestic industry.
