The attorneys of Rubio Villegas y Asociados have wide experience in
all kind of financings and securitizations. The experience of our
attorneys includes structured financings and the design of several
structures for national and cross-border securitizations.
Our attorneys have represented foreign and national financial
institutions in credit and financing transactions and in the
incorporation of their collateral. Consistently, our attorneys have
advised several corporate clients in the financing of their operations.
Additionally, our attorneys have participated in most of the
securitizations in Mexico secured by a Financial Insurance Guarantee
granted by a Monoliner (AAA in the global scale).
Regarding securities, our team of lawyers has broad experience on the
elaboration of informative prospectus, memorandums, offering circulars
and other necessary documentation for the public offerings of
securities. In addition they have participated directly in the design
of the securities regulation.
